VIDEO:

Video is not displaying in main app window:

Make Sure you have not renamed any of the files utilized creating initial Gamelist.  Make sure you have not renamed any of the folders where your files are located when you made initial Gamelist.

AUDIO:

Can’t hear audio but is displaying the Title / Artist info:

Make Sure you have not renamed any of the files utilized creating initial Gamelist. Make sure you have not renamed any of the folders where your files are located when you made initial Gamelist. Make sure your audio connected cables are connected before opening TUNEBOT App. After you have all of your connections inspected and connected, reopen TUNEBOT App.

2ND DISPLAY

Display is not showing on second screen:

Check cords connecting to laptop and 2nd display for damage, loose or not connected. Before opening up TUNEBOT App, make sure that all of your connections are correct. If all of connections and cords are good, close TUNEBOT App and reopen.

If this doesn’t fix issue, please submit support ticket for further assistance.
